A Surprise Gift from Miss Sandra!

A couple weeks ago, I entered a Second Blogiversary Giveaway
on the one of my favorite blogs,

And guess what?

I didn't win!

BUT, Miss Sandra decided to draw one more name
for a SURPRISE gift.. and then I won!

And I think I know just the right spot for it!

AND, a lovely cabinet card portrait
of a pretty young lady from the c. 1880's!
She looks like she is posing by a quilt or pretty throw.

What a lovely gift. The cabinet card is perfect. I'm sure you will find the perfect spot for that embroidery.

Hi Liz,

I like the shape of the doily, long and thin. Sometimes round doilies just don't fit on a narrow area. There are a few great places I can use it!

Dear pam, I am half awake just sat down to first cup of coffee. I made a blunder, some how the letter opener came up at the beging. I thought that was the gift. So just forget the 1st comment, I have not flown over the cuckoo yet Thanks for the great comment. SaT. is Derby day about5-6pm, have to check. I am betting on a MUDDER
